UGC NET June 2026 Provisional Answer Key Out August 16

The UGC NET is a big national-level eligibility test taken by many people in India.

The National Testing Agency, also called NTA, runs this test.

After the test, the NTA shares an answer key, which is a list of the correct answers.

On August 16, 2026, the NTA published the provisional answer key, which is a first version that can still be changed.

Answer keys were also published for the CSIR-NET and ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE (PhD) 2026 exams.

Students can see the key, the question paper, and their own recorded answers on the official website.

This lets them check their answers and guess their scores while they wait.

If a student thinks an answer is wrong, they can challenge it by paying a small fee for each question, and the fee is not refundable.

Experts will look at every challenge, and if a challenge is correct, the answer key gets fixed.

After that, the final answer key is used to declare the official results.
