UGC NET June 2026 Cutoffs Released for 84 Subjects
The National Testing Agency has released UGC NET June 2026 results and cutoffs for 84 subjects.
Cutoffs are the minimum marks needed for different types of eligibility.
Some candidates qualified for both Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor positions.
Others qualified for Assistant Professor eligibility and PhD admission.
A third group qualified only for PhD admission.
Persian had the highest JRF cutoff, at 254 marks.
In total, 1,47,579 candidates qualified.
Results for English, Commerce and Sociology will come later because those subjects have another examination in September.

Persian recorded the highest JRF and Assistant Professor cutoff at 254 marks.
A total of 6,07,151 candidates appeared for the examination across the 84 subjects.
Overall, 1,47,579 candidates qualified across the three eligibility categories.
English, Commerce and Sociology results remain pending because their re-examination is scheduled for September 9 and 10, 2026.
