Tirumala is getting 25 more electric buses for visitors.

Reliance is providing the buses to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.

The buses will be free for devotees traveling around the hill town.

They should help people avoid expensive private taxis.

Electric buses also create less pollution and noise than regular fuel-powered buses.

The existing buses already make more than 300 trips each day.

They stop at 20 places and run all day and night in three shifts.

Reliance will provide drivers and build a charging station.

The new buses may be formally launched during Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s visit.
