Future Managers Need AI, Analytics and Human Skills, Says Expert
Some grown-ups who teach and study business came together at a college in Vijayawada, India.
A smart expert from Dubai named Dr Ibrahim talked to them.
He said that in the future, people who become business managers will need to know about computers and smart machines, not just old-style business lessons.
He told them to learn about artificial intelligence, which is like a very smart computer program.
He also said analytics and automation are important, because machines can help solve problems faster.
But he added that human skills, like talking and working well with people, are still very important.
A teacher at the college named Prof Rajesh C Jampala told students to keep learning new things all the time.
He said the working world is changing quickly because of smart machines.
So students should practice and learn new skills to get good jobs in the future.
Dr Ibrahim, Principal Consultant at ABIA Consultants, Dubai, said future managers must combine management knowledge with AI, analytics, digital competence and human skills.
The workshop, titled "Competencies Expected by Industry from MBA Graduates in the AI Era," was held at PB Siddhartha College of Arts & Science in Vijayawada.
Dr Ibrahim stressed using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, data analytics and automation to solve business problems, support decision-making and drive innovation.
