Jaunpur Women Lead Har Ghar Tiranga Flag Drive
Every year, India celebrates its Independence Day on August 15.
The government has a campaign called 'Har Ghar Tiranga', which means 'Tiranga in every home'.
The campaign wants families to fly the Indian national flag for the celebration.
In a district called Jaunpur, women are helping make these flags.
About 300 women from 62 self-help groups are stitching the flags.

The district needs to make 5 lakh flags, which is 500,000 flags.
The women get paid a little money for each flag they make, so some earn up to Rs 40,000.

Vijaylaxmi Maurya of Bajrang Self-Help Group said her group was assigned 17,000 flags and she earns around Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 from the work.
Officials said cluster-level organisations receive around Rs 20 per flag, while SHG women earn roughly Rs 2 to Rs 3 per flag depending on the work arrangement.
