Western Railway Extends 10 Special Trains Until August 2026
Western Railway, the part of India’s rail network that runs trains in the western part of the country, has decided to keep 10 special trains running for a few more months.
These trains go from places like Mumbai and Gujarat to cities all over India, such as Patna and Mangaluru.
They will keep running until different dates in August 2026.
Passengers can book tickets on the special fare through the railway’s website or at ticket counters.
People can also check the train schedules and stops on the railway’s enquiry portal before they travel.
Western Railway extended 10 pairs of special trains to meet higher passenger demand.
Routes include Bhiwani, Kanpur Anwarganj, Mangaluru, Patna, Ayodhya Cantt., Malda Town, Bhagalpur, Hazrat Nizamuddin.
Trains will run as Special Trains on Special Fare until various dates in August 2026.
Bookings are open via PRS counters and the IRCTC website.
Passengers can view schedules, halts, and coach composition on the Railway enquiry portal.
