Over 1,800 Devotees Join Mass Varalakshmi Vratham at Srisailam
More than 1,800 people gathered at Srisailam for a special Varalakshmi Vratham ceremony.
The Srisaila Devasthanam organized the event for free.
It was held at Chandravathi Kalyana Mandapam on Friday.
Organizers gave everyone the materials needed for the prayers.
The ceremony began with prayers to Lord Ganesha and the temple’s festival idols.
Priests led rituals for Goddess Varalakshmi and recited the story of the religious observance.
Participants received gifts and prasadam after the ceremony.
Special temple visits and free food were also arranged.
Srisaila Devasthanam held a free mass Varalakshmi Vratham at Chandravathi Kalyana Mandapam on Friday.
More than 1,800 devotees participated in the religious programme.
Authorities provided puja materials and individual kalashas to participants.
Priests conducted rituals including Maha Ganapathi Puja, Sri Sukta recitations and the Vratha Katha.
Devotees received sarees, flowers, bangles, Tulasi plants, prasadam and other items, while special darshan queues and Annadanam were arranged.
