Mumbai has published new rules for using its Coastal Road and Sea Link.

The road connects Marine Drive with the Bandra Toll Plaza.

Cars can travel both southbound and northbound.

Drivers must use specific entry and exit points.

Large goods vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers and pedestrians cannot use the route.

BEST buses and passenger-carrying vehicles are exceptions to some heavy-vehicle restrictions.

Cars can travel up to 80 kmph on straight sections.

The limit falls to 60 kmph in tunnels and 40 kmph near turns or road mergers.

Stopping, picking up passengers and taking photographs or videos are not allowed.
