New Gorakhpur road inaugurated by Yogi Adityanath to ease traffic
A leader named Yogi Adityanath, who is the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, opened a new road in the city of Gorakhpur.
The road is called the Green City-Madhopur Bandha road and it has two lanes.
It cost around 70 crore rupees to build, which is a lot of money.
Before, the road in this area was narrow and caused trouble for the people who lived there.
Big trucks found it hard to drive on the narrow road.
The new road helps people who want to travel to places like Varanasi and Lucknow skip the busy parts of the city.
It also has drains on both sides so water can flow away and the road doesn't get flooded.
The government is also planning to make another road wider and build a flyover.
When everything is finished, traveling around the area will be faster and easier for everyone.
