Uttar Pradesh approved two large road projects.

One road will connect Jhansi more easily with important industrial areas.

The Haridwar extension is expected to cost ₹10,761 crore.

It will start with six lanes and may later grow to eight lanes.

The new route could make travel between Bijnor and Haridwar faster.

It could also make travel between Prayagraj and Haridwar easier for tourists and pilgrims.

The government must now prepare detailed plans before construction moves ahead.
