The Chief Minister told workers to fix potholes quickly and without delay.

Workers also have to put reports of their repair work on the app so everyone can see it.

Officials who are lazy or do not fix problems will get in trouble.

Companies that build roads must finish on time and follow quality rules, or they will be punished and banned from future work.

He also asked for a map of all roads in the state to keep track of their condition.

Road builders will use cement concrete instead of bitumen if supplies are slow, so work is not held up.
