The Andhra Pradesh government is sending 29 of its best teachers on a special trip to Finland, a country famous for having wonderful schools.

These teachers have won the State Best Teacher Award and work in government schools.

They will spend eight days there, from August 17 to 26, visiting the University of Turku and schools in the cities of Turku and Rauma.

The teachers will watch Finnish teachers in their classrooms and visit early childhood education centres and teacher training schools.

Finland is known for teaching children through play, joyful learning and child-centred methods.

The teachers will also learn about digital learning tools and how to be better leaders and mentors.

Andhra Pradesh's education minister, Nara Lokesh, says teachers are the architects of children's future.

When the teachers return home, they will create projects in their own schools based on what they learned.

They will also help and mentor other teachers in their districts.

This way, the good ideas from Finland can spread across many schools in Andhra Pradesh.
