Article 370 Scrapping Marked New Era of Inclusive Development: Governor
Seven years ago, the government of India made a big change called scrapping Article 370.
This rule gave a special place called Jammu and Kashmir different rights from the rest of India.
A leader named Kavinder Gupta, who is the governor of Himachal Pradesh, said this change was very important.
