Tandon hails Modi's leadership on Article 370 abrogation anniversary
Many years ago, a special rule called Article 370 gave a place in India called Jammu and Kashmir some extra rights that other places did not have.
On August 5, 2019, India's government removed that special rule.
Now, it has been seven years since that happened.
A leader named Sanjay Tandon said this was a very good decision.
He praised the leaders who made it happen, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
He said people in Jammu and Kashmir now get the same rights and help as everyone else in India.
He also said new roads, businesses, and tourists have come to the region.
He asked everyone to work together to keep India strong, safe, and united.
Senior BJP leader Sanjay Tandon hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'decisive and visionary' leadership on the 7th anniversary of Article 370's abrogation.
Article 370 was abrogated on August 5, 2019, ending the temporary constitutional provision that gave Jammu and Kashmir special status.
Tandon credited the decision to PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, calling it a defining moment in India's national integration.
