Yamaha R2, R2 M Comparison Highlights Features Behind Premium
Yamaha offers three versions of the R2 motorcycle.
The regular R2 and the R2 M have the same engine and frame.
The R2 M costs Rs 22,500 more than the regular R2.
This extra money does not provide more power.
Instead, it adds adjustable suspension, a quickshifter and a Smart Key system.
A middle version is also available for Rs 9,000 more than the base model.
It gets the quickshifter but not the adjustable suspension or Smart Key.
Since all three versions use the same engine and gearing, their fuel efficiency is expected to be broadly similar.
