A young woman doctor named Priyanka was riding her scooter with a friend in a city called Rajahmundry.

A car hit her scooter from behind and drove over her.

She got very hurt, especially her head.

The car was driven by two young men who were said to be under the influence of alcohol.

After the accident, the men drove away.

Police found them later using security camera footage and what witnesses saw.

Priyanka was taken to a hospital in Rajahmundry and then to a bigger hospital in Hyderabad.

Sadly, doctors said her brain had stopped working, and she died.

Her family is very sad and wants the men to be punished.

Many medical students are also asking for strict action against them.
