The Andhra Cricket Association is a group that takes care of cricket in the state of Andhra Pradesh, in India.

They have started a brand-new cricket league just for women, called the Women's Premier League.

Four teams will play in this league.

The games will happen from September 15 to 26 at a stadium in Mangalagiri.

More than 200 women players have signed up to be picked by the teams.

The teams are being sold to businesses that want to support the league, and one company paid almost 89 lakh rupees for its team.

The money made from the league will help players, especially those who need extra financial support.

The league also wants to find talented players from villages and small towns.

Former Indian cricket captain Mithali Raj says this will help find future players for the Indian national team.
