Longer trips will use the new distance-based rates.

Drivers must update their digital meters to show the correct fares.

They have until November 30, 2026, to finish this work.

Until then, vehicles without updated meters must show an official tariff card.

Passengers should check the meter or card before paying.

They can complain to the transport authority if a driver charges too much.
