Switch Mobility Secures 650-Electric Bus Order for Mumbai, Pune

Switch Mobility, a company that builds electric buses, got a big order for 650 buses from a firm called Sai Green Projects.

These buses will be used in the cities of Mumbai and Pune in India.

The order is part of a government plan called PM E-Drive Phase II to use more electric vehicles on public buses.

Ganesh Mani, the boss of Switch Mobility, said the buses will help cut pollution and save money.

Vikas Gupta, the boss of Sai Green Projects, said the buses will make commuting easier for people.

This deal shows India’s push to modernise its public transport and reduce emissions.
