The eatery’s monthly sales had fallen to roughly ₹1 lakh–₹1.5 lakh, while it reportedly carried nearly ₹18 lakh in debt.
Comedian Abhishek Upmanyu visited the restaurant in September 2022 and recommended it on Instagram.
Anushka Sharma later ordered two plates of chole bhature for Virat Kohli’s residence and praised Delhi Se’s “ekdum-Delhi-jaise-Chole-bhature in Mumbai.”
The brothers say the resulting publicity brought large crowds and helped increase reported monthly sales to approximately ₹2 crore.
