Nepal-China Flood Death Toll Reaches 1,311, Two Rescued

Nearly 5,000 people were missing in Nepal, including 601 foreigners, while more than 500 were missing in China.
Two men were rescued from the Trishuli 3A Hydropower Project tunnel after nine days underground.
Rescue teams continued searching the tunnel after hearing that several more people could still be inside.
The United States Geological Survey said a glacial collapse caused the flood, sending water and debris downstream.
