Energy CS Urges Preventive Care, Exercise and Healthy Living
K. Vijayanand said people should take care of their health before they become sick.

He said Ayurveda’s whole-body approach is still useful today.
He shared these ideas at a 2K Run in Vijayawada.
Families, young people and other local residents joined the run.
The event was held for National Ayurveda Day.
Its goal was to encourage healthier daily habits through community participation.
K. Vijayanand said preventive healthcare should be prioritised over curative treatment.
He highlighted regular exercise, balanced nutrition, adequate rest and disciplined living as keys to long-term health.
Vijayanand made the remarks after flagging off a 2K Run in Vijayawada.
The event was organised for National Ayurveda Day by Sri Gayathri Ayurvedic Multi-Speciality Centre and Rotary Vijayawada Midtown.
Participants promoted fitness and wellness under the messages “RUN FOR HEALTH • RUN FOR WELLNESS” and “Healthier Minds | Stronger Bodies | A Brighter Tomorrow”.
