Ayurveda Day 2026 Campaign Links Tradition With Modern Healthcare

The main celebration will happen in Nagpur on September 23.
This year’s theme is “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow.”
The campaign will support research, evidence, innovation, and cooperation between different healthcare systems.
It will also promote community wellbeing and sustainable living.

The nationwide campaign for the 11th Ayurveda Day began with a press conference at the National Media Centre.
The main celebrations will take place on September 23 in Nagpur, Maharashtra, under the theme “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow.”
The campaign will focus on integrated healthcare, evidence and innovation, and community wellbeing and sustainable living.
Planned initiatives include the National Dhanwantari Ayurveda Awards 2026, medicinal-plant safety dossiers, treatment guidelines, and Ayush Vision 2030.
