Guntur to hold PGRS grievance sessions every Monday

The government wants to help people solve their problems with public services.

In Guntur district, there is a special system called PGRS where people can share their complaints.

It will happen every Monday, both in the main city office and in smaller local offices.

People can visit in person and tell the officials what is wrong.

They can also use a website called the Meekosam portal to send their complaint from home.

After that, they can check how their complaint is going.

They can call a free phone number, 1100, to get updates.

The district leader, called the Collector, is asking everyone to use this service.

He says it will help solve problems faster and make things better for everyone.
