TN Finance Minister Hails CM Vijay as True Jananayagan
In the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the government presented its first Budget plan, called the Revised Estimates for 2026-27.
Tamil Nadu Finance Minister N Marie Wilson made the speech in the Assembly on Wednesday.
He praised Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay as a true democrat and a 'Jananayagan,' which means 'people's leader.'
He said Vijay overcame conspiracies and won a historic election victory for the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, or TVK, party.
