Rahayu Saraswati Resigns as TRIN President Commissioner
Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo has resigned as president commissioner of PT Perintis Triniti Properti, an Indonesian property company known as TRIN.
The company received her resignation letter on 7 October, and she said the decision followed personal consideration.
Her resignation still needs approval at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, which the company plans to hold under its rules.
Until it takes effect, she will continue her duties and help with the transition.
She will remain a TRIN shareholder after leaving the board, and the company says the change will not materially affect its operations or finances.
TRIN says it will continue work she supported, including greener buildings, more women’s perspectives in property, and stronger design quality.
