Jonathan Trott takes charge of England’s Lions cricket team

The England Lions are the country’s second cricket team, where players can gain experience before joining the main side.

Jonathan Trott, a former England player, has become their head coach.

He says the Lions should focus on winning as well as helping players improve.

He believes strong experience with the Lions can make the move to the main team feel more natural.
