Delhi train disruptions bring slight rise in flight bookings and higher fares

Train services to Delhi were disrupted amid protests and movement restrictions.

Some people booked flights instead, but airlines reported only a slight increase in bookings so far.

Tickets on some routes cost more than usual.

Further disruption could make it harder for passengers and airport staff to reach the airport on time.
