Minister says he will follow president’s direction on Gibran diploma issue

Indonesia’s Constitutional Court rejected a challenge concerning Vice President Gibran’s education documents.

The court said the people who brought the case were not legally allowed to do so, though it also said there was no evidence of a high-school diploma or equivalent.

Gibran says he completed high-school-equivalent education and respects the court’s process.

Minister Yusril says he will wait for the president’s direction rather than comment on the dispute.
