Galaxy S26 Ultra privacy screen dims display and needs max setting to block side views

The Galaxy S26 Ultra has a feature that makes its screen harder to see from the side.

In testing, the feature dimmed the display, and the standard setting still let some text be read at an angle.

The maximum setting blocked side views more effectively.

Buyers may need to weigh that privacy benefit against changes in screen brightness and color.
