Unofficial Gboard mod brings Pixel 11 voice-to-text feature to other Android phones
Google’s Pixel 11 phones have a voice-to-text feature called Rambler.
It uses AI to clean up spoken words, adding grammar and formatting while removing filler words and speech stumbles.
A developer has modified Google’s Gboard app to make Rambler available on other Android phones.
The modified app, called PixelBoard, can be downloaded from GitHub or installed by patching an existing Gboard setup.
Installing it carries risks, and results may differ between phones.
The feature can be useful for people who want cleaner voice-dictated text without a Pixel 11.
Google has not said whether it plans to bring Rambler to other devices, so this unofficial modification is currently an option for users willing to install it outside the Play Store.
