Josh Brolin says Sicario 3 is moving forward without Taylor Sheridan

Sicario 3 is still being developed after years of delays.

Steven Knight is writing the script instead of Taylor Sheridan, who wrote the first film.

Josh Brolin says director Padraic McKinley has given the script useful notes.

Brolin, Benicio del Toro and Emily Blunt are expected to return, but filming has not been announced.
