Israeli medical thriller ‘Heart of a Killer’ renewed for a second season

‘Heart of a Killer’ is an Israeli medical thriller starring Niv Sultan as transplant surgeon Dr. Dasi Nakash.

The seven-episode first season debuted on Israeli platform Hot earlier this year and became one of its most-watched shows.

Dasi commits a desperate act to save a friend, then faces moral dilemmas and conflicts linked to the medical establishment.

The series has been renewed for a second season.

The show is made by Endemol Shine Israel, with Sipur Studios and The North Road Company as co-producers.

Federation International is starting global sales for the first season at Mipcom.

The renewal follows the show’s strong launch in Israel, and its producers say they will begin work on season two.
