EuroLeague reportedly considers taking a stake in the ABA League

EuroLeague is reportedly looking at buying part of the ABA League, a regional basketball competition.

Its long-term aim may be to own most of the league, but discussions are still at an early stage.

The reported plan comes as NBA Europe could arrive.

A stronger position in European basketball could help EuroLeague respond to that possibility.
