Matas Buzelis leaves Bulls’ preseason game with right ankle injury

Matas Buzelis injured his right ankle during a preseason game against Memphis and left early.

He said the ankle did not feel too bad and that he planned to travel with the Bulls to Denver.

He hopes to play in their next game, but the team’s medical staff will decide if he is ready.

The decision matters because he cannot return to the court until the staff clears him.
