‘Musk,’ ‘Misty Green’ and Cannes winner ‘Fjord’ open in limited release

Three films that drew attention at festivals have opened in a small number of theaters.

‘Musk’ is a documentary about Elon Musk, while ‘Misty Green’ is a drama directed by Chris Rock and ‘Fjord’ won the top prize at Cannes.

The limited openings let theaters test audience interest before wider release.

‘Musk’ is scheduled to expand to about 300 screens next week.
