Ettore Messina Takes a Basketball Consultant Role in Atlanta

Messina is back working in basketball as a consultant in Atlanta.

He says European basketball has too many games and competitions, and clubs are facing financial losses.

He supports a major competition that still gives domestic league teams a chance to qualify and leaves room for national teams.

He also says cooperation with the NBA could help prevent European basketball from becoming more fragmented.
