ONEflight Faces Customer Lawsuits After Pausing Flights

After the company stopped flying, at least four customers sued, saying they cannot access their money or flight credits.

The lawsuits also allege that the company offered some customers incentives to pay more before flights halted.

The claims have not been answered in court, and ONEflight said it was pausing flights while it reviewed its operations.
