Police to question doctor over wire found in patient’s heart

A patient’s family says a 21-centimeter wire was left in his heart after a hospital procedure.

Police are investigating and plan to question the doctor involved.

The family has also reported the case to a medical disciplinary body, alleging medical negligence.
