Search for 9 missing South Korean workers in Nepal may wind down

Nine South Korean workers went missing after a flood hit a hydropower project in Nepal on Aug.

26.

Company teams have searched for more than a month but have found no clues about their whereabouts.

The ground searches may wind down because local workers are expected to leave for Nepal’s 15-day Dashain holiday.

Heavy-equipment excavation may continue, but the search teams say working in the mountains without local help is difficult.
