NBA and FIBA press ahead with plans for a European basketball league
The NBA and FIBA want to start a new men's basketball league in Europe, planned to have 16 teams.
EuroLeague shareholders rejected their proposal to work together, but the NBA and FIBA say they will keep moving ahead.
Talks could continue, and some EuroLeague clubs may still be interested.
If the groups do not reach an agreement, they could compete for teams, players, fans and business partners.
