Aardvark investors face October 13 deadline to seek lead plaintiff role

Aardvark investors face October 13 deadline to seek lead plaintiff role

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Aardvark Therapeutics, a company whose shares trade on the Nasdaq.

It covers certain investors who bought shares linked to the company’s February 2025 initial public offering or securities from February 13, 2025, through May 14, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that Aardvark and other defendants misled investors about the safety of ARD-101 and its clinical, regulatory and commercial prospects.

These are allegations, and no class has been certified.

Investors who want to serve as lead plaintiff must ask the court by October 13, 2026.

The lead plaintiff would represent other class members in directing the case.

Investors can also remain absent class members for now, and their ability to share in a possible recovery does not depend on becoming lead plaintiff.
