CJP says police detained leaders ahead of planned Delhi protest

The Cockroach Janta Party said police detained its founder and two leaders after they arrived in Delhi.

The party also alleged that police were keeping legal affairs head Ratna Singh inside a car.

The detentions came hours before a planned protest at Jantar Mantar over the Election Commission’s revision of voter rolls.

The party is demanding the chief election commissioner’s removal.
