Building sealed after truck scrapes it in Istanbul’s Ataşehir district

A truck scraped a building as it moved aside for an oncoming vehicle in Ataşehir.

The building was damaged, so officials evacuated its residents and sealed it.

Some residents were placed in a teachers’ guesthouse, while others stayed with relatives.

The building will need to be checked before residents can return.
