Neville warns Man Utd to improve after draw with Tottenham
Manchester United drew 1-1 with Tottenham at Old Trafford after Spurs scored an equaliser in the 92nd minute, despite having a player sent off.
The result left Michael Carrick’s team winless in four games in all competitions and 12th in the Premier League.
Home fans booed the team at half-time and full-time.
Former United player Gary Neville said the players were not showing enough energy and effort.
He also questioned whether midfielders Youri Tielemans and Kobbie Mainoo work well together, while saying Carlos Baleba’s arrival alongside Mainoo brought more energy.
United next travel to Spain to face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday, then visit Leeds on Sunday.
