MADD Canada to screen impaired-driving program for Newfoundland students
MADD Canada is bringing a one-hour program about impaired driving to students in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The presentation is for students in Grades 7 through 12.
It aims to show the consequences of driving after using alcohol, cannabis or other drugs and encourage safer choices.
The program matters because impaired driving is linked to more than half of road crashes that kill young people in Canada.
