Fux seeks access to Bolsonaro-related cases, deepening tension at Brazil's top court

Luiz Fux ordered the court's staff to send him full files from investigations involving former president Jair Bolsonaro.

The move challenges Alexandre de Moraes's role overseeing those cases and has increased tensions among the justices.

Fux has not yet ruled on whether the cases should be changed or thrown out.

If a legal flaw is found, it could affect the cases, but that outcome is not certain.
