Tarcísio and Nunes confirm São Paulo rally for Flávio Bolsonaro
São Paulo Governor Tarcísio de Freitas and Mayor Ricardo Nunes have confirmed a rally for presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro on October 18.
It will be held on Paulista Avenue, where President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva attended a rally for his re-election on October 11.
That event drew thousands, but there was no official attendance estimate.
Flávio asked allies to mobilize voters for the runoff on October 25 and said the election was not decided.
Federal Deputy Nikolas Ferreira is also expected at the rally, though its organizers and time have not been announced.
Nunes said the gathering was not intended to compete with Lula’s event for crowd size.
The rally comes during the final two weeks of the campaign.
