Hurricane Isaias threatens Gulf Coast refineries amid tight fuel supplies
Hurricane Isaias could bring flooding, strong winds or power outages that disrupt Gulf Coast refineries.
Two refineries in Mississippi and Alabama are seen as particularly at risk.
Fuel supplies are already tight, so even a short shutdown could push prices up.
The storm has also temporarily stopped much of the oil production in the Gulf of Mexico.
