US Stocks Open Higher as Tech Shares Rebound

US stock markets opened higher as technology shares recovered from losses in the previous session.

Oil prices fell after President Donald Trump said the US would not attack Iran before the November 3 midterm elections.

SpaceX shares rose after it agreed to buy wireless spectrum, which could help its Starlink Mobile service grow in the US.

The deal also raised concerns about stronger competition, and shares of major mobile operators fell.
